Can't find your download code:
On our "Anything But Normal" album, the download password is located behind the CD. Just remove the disc and you'll find the code.
Download code not working:
The download passwords are case sensitive, so make sure you are using the correct case when entering the passwords.
Joyland / True North double album: Sometimes during manufacturing, the discs are inserted in the wrong side of the packaging. Make sure the password corresponds to the correct album name on the front of the packaging (not the album name of the disc) before you try.
