What happens if my event is cancelled or rescheduled?

As soon as the venue or promoter tells us that an event's been cancelled or rescheduled, we'll get to work on letting you know about it.

If your event is rescheduled, we'll contact you regarding new dates and if tickets will be carried over.

If your event is cancelled, you won't need to do anything as we'll refund your order automatically for you.

We'll try to contact you via text and email, so do make sure your account details are up to date!

Can you compensate me for my travel and hotel arrangements if my event is rescheduled or cancelled?

Unfortunately, we can't refund anything beyond the cost of the tickets. We'll always try to let you know as soon as we're told about an event changing or cancellation to give you the opportunity to cancel your arrangements, if possible.

The event organisers won't cancel or reschedule an event unless they really have to, but it's always worth keeping in mind that things can sometimes change last minute.

Can I have a refund or exchange?

We can’t offer any exchanges or refunds if your event is going ahead on the date originally planned

What if my event is cancelled or postponed due to Coronavirus COVID-19?

If your event has been cancelled, we’ll be in touch to confirm when your refund will be processed and what action you need to take.

We’ll also get in touch if your event is postponed. Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date but if you can’t make it, you can get a refund.

I’m worried about Coronavirus COVID-19. Can I get a refund.

Covid 19 is an ever evolving situation and different countries and venues will adopt different safety measures to combat the spread. We cannot predict these measures so we can’t offer any exchanges or refunds if your event is going ahead on the date originally planned in line with government guidelines.

If your event has been cancelled due to new government changes, we’ll be in touch to confirm when your refund will be processed and what action you need to take.

We’ll also get in touch if your event is postponed. Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date but if you can’t make it, you can opt for a refund.

Please note: With every show we undertake obligations to promoters, venues, agents, advertisers and more. We also undertake considerable financial risk. So where possible the show must go on as they say.
